Grants Development

• Grant Research: Searches are conducted via Internet, professional publication and library search, to identify funding sources for your project. 

• Project development: Development of case statements and concept papers that express the heart of your work, refine and substantiate your need and describe an exciting program.
  
  
• Full proposals: to federal, state, county, & city agencies, private & corporate foundations. Writing proposals whole cloth, or incorporating your materials. Preparation of documents for submission to funders.

• Grants Development Technical Assistance: Review and editing of draft proposals, evaluation of completed proposals, ensuring your proposal matches appropriate funding guidelines. 

Planning Services

• Resource development planning: Consultation to organizations in early stages of building a funds development program, including grants development, direct mail, and creative outreach and collaborative projects.
  
  
• Organizational development: Evaluation of organizational structure, resources and operating principles to design methods to reach agency goals.
  
  
• Needs Assessment: Comprehensive needs assessment in the human service field can be performed for your agency or group by direct contract.
  
  
• Project Management:  Fixed-term or ongoing projects requiring multiple skills in planning, organizing, budgeting, monitoring and coordination can be performed for your agency in situations where hiring to fill the need is not a preferred option.

Training & Technical Assistance

• Disability Access Review * - evaluating your facilities and programs for compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990.

*These services are provided through a technical assistance grant to the California Association of Addiction Recovery Resources, by the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs, and are free to substance abuse and related agencies in California.
