Jenny Helbraun Abramson , MA, President of Grant Writing Services, has been involved for more than 20 years in human services issues, including homelessness, housing, mental health, substance abuse, at risk youth, immigration, and inter-group relations. Her previous background and training in international studies, Jewish and interfaith education, her love of writing and language, and a holistic, incisive thought process allow Jenny to quickly wrap her mind around complex problems and develop compelling arguments on behalf of those on the front lines of human services.

Since 2003, she has coordinated Sonoma County's Continuum of Care planning process for homeless housing and services, bringing that county nearly $10 million in federal funds, and developing and leading its 10-Year Homeless Action Plan. Jenny offers a rich background in community organizing, leadership development, conflict resolution, and group facilitation.

Dave Abramson, MPA, Vice President, offers over 25 years of experience with project coordination, program and staff development, resource and organizational development, needs assessment, and training and technical assistance in the substance abuse and mental health treatment fields. Dave has managed residential, outpatient and detoxification programs, and has administered an entire county-run system of substance abuse services.  He brings specialized knowledge and experience in providing evidence-based services to four key challenging populations:
